18.00KW Grid-Tied Solar PV System Installation
This project showcases an 18.00kW grid-tied solar PV system engineered by AM Energy Solutions for a residential property in Langley Township, British Columbia. Our team provided a complete permit-ready engineering package, including PV layout, electrical single-line diagram (SLD), structural and electrical calculations, and utility interconnection documentation to support permitting and project approval.
The system features 36 LONGi Solar LR5-66HPH-500M (500W) solar modules paired with 18 APsystems DS3-S microinverters, delivering a 18.00kW DC system with an 11.491kVA AC output. Every design was developed in compliance with applicable electrical codes, local AHJ requirements, and utility standards to ensure a smooth permitting process.
